Service Sales Specialist – Robotics

About the role

This Service Sales Specialist position sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company, and reports to the Assistant Vice President. The role drives service sales processes, generates service sales opportunities and secures profitable sales in the assigned areas, focusing daily on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the full Service product portfolio while building long-term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Penetrate the installed base and promote upgrades, retrofits and value-add solutions that benefit customers and ABB.
• Develop, plan and implement after-sales service strategies and customer support initiatives for the Business Area, Division or Product Group, aligned with company objectives.
• Generate service sales leads and explore new service portfolios using market trend information.
• Translate customer needs into relevant ABB service offerings and solutions.
• Act as marketer and salesperson of ABB service products during campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences and customer meetings.
• Communicate contract details in line with ABB's offering and strategy and manage administrative sales processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• At least 2 to 5 years of work experience.
• Middle level of English.
• Robotic or factory automation background.
• Self-motivated, outgoing and communicative.
