Senior Program Management Specialist, Cross-Border Business

About the role

Coupang is expanding its presence in Taiwan through Rocket Delivery (next-day delivery) and Rocket Overseas (free international delivery from Korea, the U.S. and beyond). It is looking for a highly experienced, results-oriented Senior Program Management Specialist of Cross-Border Business to drive growth in cross-border sales and deliver the best customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cross-border business strategies to expand the company's presence in the Taiwan market.
• Work with internal teams such as marketing, overseas vendors, product and operations to align and execute cross-border initiatives.
• Support cross-functional projects that address pain points, improve operational efficiency, streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new selections and marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• 6+ years of experience in program management or business operations, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Passion for global market trends, cross-border merchandise selection and consumer insights.
• Ability to tackle complex issues, pay close attention to detail and solve customer service issues efficiently.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing performance metrics and driving business outcomes.
• Strong communication skills, able to influence and collaborate across departments and cultures.
• Demonstrated project management experience, prioritizing tasks, managing timelines and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.

Required skills

• Strong analytical skills and strong Excel capability, interpreting data and identifying trends.
• Prior experience using SQL is a plus.
