职位概况

Coupang 正在重新構想購物體驗，並在台灣拓展業務，包括「火箭速配」隔日到貨服務與「火箭跨境」國際速配服務。該職缺負責個人與家庭清潔用品類別的商品採購策略與供應商管理。

主要职责

開發並管理供應商關係，建立文件流程、商業計畫與 KPI 架構
負責 HPC 類別（個人清潔用品、家庭清潔用品）的採購策略
進行價格談判與商業條件協商
管理供應商與商品組合，優化商品表現
建立採購訂單追蹤機制，每週匯報採購進度與發票資訊
跨部門協作確保商品準時交付，即時回報延誤或缺貨

任职要求

8 年以上採購、業務開發或價格談判相關經驗
熟悉跨部門、跨市場溝通與協作
能在快速變動環境中排定優先順序並解決複雜問題
具備數據分析能力，能影響與說服內外部利害關係人
英語溝通能力者尤佳
