Account Executive

About the role

Baxter, a healthcare company founded in 1931, is hiring an Account Executive in Kaohsiung. The role focuses on selling the company's products or services directly and driving sales volume, product mix and profit targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales quotas through direct sales and implement sales strategies to meet volume, product mix and profit objectives.
• Call on prospective customers, give effective sales presentations, provide technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and work with the Key Account Manager on customer price quotations.
• Monitor sales against forecasts and help determine the market potential of the territory.
• Work closely with marketing, medical, market access, customer service and operations to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Listen to customer ideas and needs and give timely feedback under minimum supervision.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in a sales function.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or medical devices industry experience is preferable.
• Proven consistent sales performance.

Required skills

• Strong written and oral communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies.
• Good organization and time management, and ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
• Solid skills in managing external experts and developing customer advocacy.
