Senior Sales Specialist – Facial Aesthetic (Southern Region)

About the role

The Senior Sales Specialist will manage the Southern Taiwan territory for Allergan Aesthetics, driving sales of facial aesthetic products. You will be responsible for meeting or exceeding unit and value targets while keeping management informed of market dynamics, competition, and regulatory changes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute an effective call cycle, setting objectives before each visit and analysing outcomes afterwards.
• Report competitive activities and customer behaviour to improve territory management.
• Maintain accurate territory records and submit timely reports to the sales manager.
• Manage expenses to maximise profitability of the assigned region.
• Deliver specialised sales presentations, negotiate with customers and build strong relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales manager, product supervisor and customer service officer to implement promotional campaigns.
• Support overall business unit objectives and undertake special projects as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or biotechnology.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, including 1‑2 years of sales‑force management, preferably with an MNC.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage budgets and execute marketing plans.
• Experience in self‑pay pharmaceuticals or medical devices (at least 2 years).
