Customer Service Officer – Internal & External Support

About the role

Arrow is looking for a Customer Service Officer to provide expert internal and external customer service and sales support. The role bridges the Inside Sales Team and customer engagements, ensuring smooth order‑to‑invoice processing and high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver internal and external customer service and sales support, handling complex discrepancies and recommending solutions.
• Manage the full Order‑to‑Invoice process, including order entry, value‑added order follow‑up, and maintenance of MyArrow accounts and PCPRCE 2 pricing data.
• Process inbound customer orders in various formats (Excel, PDF, fax) and submit SIMS Setup Requests (SSRQ) for NCNR and COP items.
• Support sales teams with demand planning, quality assurance, and escalation of expedited orders.
• Coordinate reports (e‑Compass, Forecast Response), handle branch service requests, RMA, CAR, and FQR analyses.
• Assist Inside Sales with Quote‑to‑Order activities, loading SDT quotes, forwarding PDFs, and managing contract signatures.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to interact directly with customers and internal sales staff.
• Experience in order management, invoicing, and handling non‑cancellable, non‑returnable items.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills for post‑delivery issue resolution.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel, PDF handling, and fax documentation.
• Familiarity with MyArrow, PCPRCE 2, and Infosys systems.
• Ability to work with SIMS Setup Request (SSRQ) processes.
