Key Account Assistant Manager – E‑Commerce

About the role

The purpose of this position is to own Brands Liquid Taiwan e‑commerce key channel performance and drive sustainable sales growth by managing key platform relationships, commercial plans, platform operations and cross‑functional execution under the brand‑operated model. You will be responsible for channel performance, promotion planning and coordination with marketing, supply chain and finance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own e‑commerce channel performance, identify opportunities and risks, and deliver sales targets.
• Plan and execute channel promotions, campaigns and negotiate platform resources.
• Manage platform buyer relationships, commercial terms, pricing and key resources.
• Oversee EC trade marketing, including GWP planning, sourcing, allocation and inventory execution.
• Monitor sales, inventory and KPIs, and present performance analysis in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Handle daily platform backend operations such as SKU, product and promotion setup.
• Lead cross‑functional channel reviews and corrective actions with Marketing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance and Legal.

Required profile

• Strong business ownership with a proactive approach to sales opportunities and risks.
• Highly analytical, comfortable with performance analysis and reporting using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on e‑commerce platform operation experience under a brand‑self‑operated model.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for internal collaboration and external negotiation.
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in key e‑commerce channels (Momo, Shopee) with proven sales/GMV results.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare or cosmetic goods.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
