职位概况

欢迎对以下工作内容有兴趣的直播主招募顾问加入我们的大家庭！

主要职责

主播培训作业（包括直播技巧、APP功能教导、讲座规划、讲师洽谈等）
主播日常关照（包括收益、活动信息传达、B2B工作邀约、创意直播策划与模式，提供内容建议、活动策划）
主播账款处理
协助主播成长，制定成长计划，建立良好合作关系
提升主播整体数量与质量

任职要求

具备开发、街访经验（保险业、直销业、销售业等业务相关经验佳）
了解直播生态，对开发网红、自媒体有经验（直播或新媒体相关产业工作经验）
拥有基本报表、文书处理能力
口语、逻辑、反应能力佳
善于与人群接触及沟通，负责任，主动积极
