Corporate Recruiter

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to lead end‑to‑end IT hiring initiatives in Taipei. You will design and execute recruiting strategies, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement overall recruiting strategy for IT and niche skill positions.
• Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
• Manage stakeholder and client expectations throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct job and task analysis to document requirements.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post openings on appropriate job boards, newspapers, and academic institutions.
• Source candidates via databases, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess applicants' experience and aptitudes.
• Onboard new employees and integrate them into the organization.
• Monitor HR recruiting best practices and produce analytical reports.
• Promote the company’s reputation as a top employer.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in full‑cycle IT recruitment.
• Strong background in corporate recruiting and bulk hiring.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and deliver hiring targets.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin preferred.
