Associate Manager, Talent Acquisition

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition professional supporting the Customer Experience Group (CEG), you will independently manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple Asian markets while acting as the market expert for Taiwan or Malaysia. You will partner with regional leaders to drive hiring quality and build proactive talent pipelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for CEG roles across Taiwan, Malaysia and other Asian regions.
• Lead and scale mass‑hiring initiatives while maintaining high hiring quality standards.
• Support senior and critical CEG hiring with structured screening, stakeholder calibration and negotiation strategies.
• Provide market insights on salary benchmarking, talent landscape and sourcing channels for Taiwan or Malaysia.
• Partner with regional CEG leaders, HRBPs and TA team members to align hiring priorities and workforce planning.
• Build proactive pipelines for multilingual and niche operational roles.
• Ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience and maintain accurate data in the ATS.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of end‑to‑end recruitment experience, including high‑volume and operational hiring.
• Strong understanding of the Taiwan or Malaysia talent market; regional exposure is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage hiring independently with strong ownership.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with confidence to influence and challenge.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or a related field.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) platforms.
• Experience using sourcing tools for candidate identification.
