Capability Building Coach

About the role

Roche Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Capability Building Coach to strengthen commercialization expertise across its Taiwan operations. You will partner with commercial leaders to close skill gaps, deliver targeted learning programs, and ensure alignment with the Taiwan Pharma Ambition and global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and manage commercialization capability learning programs that support the overall business strategy.
• Translate global standards into local roadmaps, guiding teams from foundational skills to advanced ecosystem mastery.
• Collaborate with cluster and team leads to identify skill gaps, provide data‑driven insights and coach senior stakeholders on customer engagement.
• Develop and deliver trainings, leveraging internal and external resources to remove performance roadblocks.
• Work with Agile coaches to embed outcome‑focused practices, facilitate Impact Retrospectives and embed learnings into business strategies.
• Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert for commercialization capability needs and share best practices across APAC and the global network.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific, economic or business discipline; advanced degree in life sciences or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proven expertise in commercialization, medical affairs or digital marketing and ability to coach senior leaders.
• Experience designing in‑house training, capability building or L&D initiatives in a matrixed environment is advantageous.
