Specialist, Retail Training

About the role

The Retail Training Specialist supports retail capability by delivering focused training and embedding learning in‑store. Working closely with the Head of Retail for Hong Kong, Macau & Taiwan, regional sales managers, store managers and the wider Asia training team, the role develops store capability through coaching, training and learning reinforcement. The position is field‑based, requiring regular presence in stores across Taiwan to observe, coach and reinforce behaviours.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑floor coaching, observe interactions, identify behavioural gaps and reinforce service standards to strengthen selling effectiveness.
• Support store managers in strengthening coaching capability, team development and follow‑up practices.
• Deliver onboarding, product and collection trainings, as well as service and selling skills programmes across classroom, virtual and in‑store formats, and support learning deployment through digital platforms.
• Review performance with retail leaders, identify capability gaps and support targeted development actions, reporting regularly to the Asia Sales Training Manager.
• Identify effective store practices and facilitate sharing of successful approaches to reinforce learning and encourage consistency across stores.
• Adapt and localise training materials into Traditional Chinese for the Taiwan market.
• Collaborate with the Head of Retail (HK, MO & TW), regional sales managers, retail operations and the Asia training team to support execution and share market feedback.
