Business Development Manager

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Manager role based in New Taipei City. The Business Development Manager will identify and cultivate new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, and expand market presence for Macnica Anstek Inc.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and customer needs.
• Develop go‑to‑market strategies and prepare compelling proposals for prospective clients.
• Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal product, pricing, and solution design teams to ensure optimal positioning.
• Track sales pipelines, forecast revenue, and report performance metrics to leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and drive long‑term account growth.

Required profile

• Proven business development, sales, and account‑management track record with successful deal closures.
• Experience conducting market analysis, competitive research, and strategic planning to support growth initiatives.
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem‑solving capabilities for complex commercial discussions.
• Familiarity with technology, electronics, or semiconductor industries is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin or other regional languages advantageous.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced environment with strong organizational skills and multitasking ability.
