Regional Sales Representative – Americas

About the role

Neousys Technology is seeking a dynamic Regional Sales Representative to drive growth across the Americas. You will build long‑term relationships, negotiate win‑win solutions, and help customers succeed while expanding the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory and achieve sales quotas.
• Acquire deep knowledge of Neousys products, solutions, and operational processes.
• Maintain continuous communication with partners and customers to maximize coverage and satisfaction.
• Assess customer requirements and coordinate with internal support teams to deliver accurate solutions.
• Qualify leads and close orders via email and phone calls.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross‑functional teams to meet sales and marketing objectives.
• Represent the company professionally and ethically at all times.
