Director of Sales

About the role

The Director of Sales will lead enterprise sales initiatives, identifying customer demands and delivering solutions that ensure high satisfaction. This role focuses on developing large‑scale accounts across telco, e‑commerce, cloud, and HPC markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and define customer demands and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Approach and develop large enterprise direct accounts in telco, e‑commerce, data‑center/cloud, and HPC markets.
• Create quality pipelines with ecosystem partners and proactively promote the company’s products, solutions, and services.
• Build and maintain long‑term partnerships with existing and new customers.
• Provide weekly progress updates and request necessary support.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Monitor market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in high‑tech industry.
• Minimum 15 years of sales and enterprise business development experience.
• Proven knowledge of x86 servers, storage, networking, and cloud/data‑center solutions.
• Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets and strong leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in English; an additional language is a plus.
