Business Development Executive – Indonesia

About the role

ROCA Industry is seeking a Business Development Executive focused on the Indonesian market. Based on-site in New Taipei City, you will drive growth for our marine and industrial product segments by generating leads, building a sales pipeline, and nurturing key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Indonesia, including prospecting and lead generation.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for marine and industrial product lines.
• Manage and grow key customer accounts, conducting market research and regular communication.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in negotiations.
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Report on sales activities, market trends, and performance metrics.
• Represent ROCA Industry at relevant events and trade shows.
• Collaborate with regional and global colleagues to support long‑term growth in Indonesia.

Required profile

• Proven ability in new business development and lead generation.
• Effective communication skills for engaging clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Experience in sales or business development within home hardware, industrial, marine, or related manufacturing sectors.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Taipei City and collaborate across cultures, especially in the Indonesian market.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian and Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
