职位概况
负责北区巴士车体从底盘交付、车体打造至新车挂牌交付的全流程管理，充当 Scania 与车体厂之间的关键联络窗口，确保各项作业按计划推进。
主要职责
- 维护与车体厂的日常沟通与合作关系，掌握车体打造进度。
- 预测并管理每月底的底盘交付数量及新车挂牌数量。
- 协调交车作业、安排客户驾驶讲习及后续服务衔接。
- 协助办理新车挂牌、车籍登记及车辆进入服务厂的相关流程。
- 执行 BBMQA 作业，支持客户在交付后获得良好服务体验。
任职要求
- 具普通小型车驾照，可配合国内出差安排。
- 良好的沟通与协调能力，细心且具责任感。
- 主动积极的工作态度，具备问题分析与解决能力。
- 能够有效掌握多项工作进度并与相关单位协作。
