About the role
Vishay General Semiconductor Taiwan Ltd is looking for a Production Engineer to lead its diode production line. The role focuses on meeting quality, delivery, and cost targets while ensuring smooth operations in a high‑tech semiconductor environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the production line to achieve quality, delivery and cost standards.
- Plan production schedules and control progress to meet capacity targets.
- Oversee personnel management and maintain workplace safety.
- Coordinate with related departments to provide necessary support for uninterrupted production.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of production management experience, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Familiarity with wafer fab processes.
- Good command of English.

- Wafer fab process knowledge.
- English language proficiency.
