About the role
Prudential is hiring a bank insurance consultant for its foreign bank channel in the Taichung area. The role supports sales staff through training, administrative assistance and business coaching.
Key responsibilities
- Training: train on new products and sales techniques and hold briefings.
- Administrative support: help sales staff handle new policy notices, claims matters and explain insurance regulations.
- Business coaching: run projects, practice marketing scripts and coach and motivate sales staff.
Required profile
- University degree or higher; insurance, risk management or finance majors preferred.
- At least two years of experience in life insurance marketing or bank insurance/wealth management services.
- Certifications in personal insurance, investment-linked policies and non-investment foreign currency insurance products.
- Additional wealth planning or trust certifications are highly valued.
Required skills
- Knowledge of insurance, wealth management and tax matters.
- Proficiency in preparing presentation files and delivering training sessions.
