职位概况
Smollan Taiwan 正在寻找经验丰富的高阶培训师，负责 Android 产品的整体培训策略，担任关键领域专家（SME），推动全渠道培训落地。
主要职责
- 设计、主导并交付实体、虚拟、直播及大型培训活动，覆盖电信、零售通路及内部团队。
- 客制化并在地化区域培训计划，协同跨部门团队开发创新学习教材。
- 监督 Android 培训教材及影音内容的端到端制作（前制与后制）。
- 全面负责 Android AI 专家计划的管理与扩展，确保质量与品牌一致性。
任职要求
- 具备 5‑8 年培训与发展经验，其中至少 5 年在 3C、電信或科技领域担任培训师。
- 流利的中英文沟通能力，能够与全球/区域利害关系人协作。
- 精通 Google Workspace（Docs、Slides、Sheets、Drive）生态系统。
- 在简报设计与数据可视化方面具备出色的美感。
必备技能
- Google Workspace（Docs、Slides、Sheets、Drive）高级使用能力。
- 高质量培训教材的撰写、编辑与多媒体内容制作能力。
- 影片企划、导演与剪辑的项目管理经验。
