职位概况
负责通过季节性分配和促销/降价管理，最大化部门的销售、利润和库存。需要将定量与定性数据转化为可执行策略，并与商品规划、物流、门店运营等团队紧密合作。
主要职责
- 制定并执行季节性库存分配策略，支持产品、投资及商业计划。
- 管理初始库存投放，确保季内补货的持续盈利。
- 在采购订单流程中提供包装、预包装、尺码平衡及库存平衡的部门策略。
- 分析尺码销售、地域及门店属性机会，推动跨部门合作落地。
- 主导并执行促销与降价策略，以实现部门及品牌财务目标。
- 负责一个或多个部门的基础预测、分配及服务水平。
任职要求
- 3至5年库存管理或供应链相关经验。
- 具备优秀的英文口头与书面表达能力，日语能力为加分项。
- 拥有四年制大学学历或同等学历。
- 能够评估财务与业务指标，并将数据转化为可执行建议。
- 具备以客户为中心的决策思维。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Excel进行数据分析。
- 了解库存平衡、尺码分配及促销降价的业务流程。
