運銷專員 (Logistic Specialist)

About the role

Air Liquide Far Eastern is looking for a Logistic Specialist to coordinate gas deliveries for customers in the ZhuBei area. The role involves managing order processing, vehicle dispatch, and on‑site coordination to ensure safe and timely shipments while preventing customer complaints.

Key responsibilities

• Receive customer orders by phone, record them in the internal system, and schedule next‑day deliveries.
• Prepare and send delivery documents, handle invoicing, and maintain organized filing.
• Arrange and dispatch delivery and service vehicles, coordinating with subcontractors and drivers.
• Create dispatch orders, manage vehicle allocation, and ensure compliance with transportation quality standards.
• Support users in troubleshooting, provide consultation, and participate in system testing and improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in logistics, business administration or related fields.
• At least three years of experience in scheduling, supply‑chain, project or procurement management.
• Familiarity with hazardous‑materials transport regulations is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
