About the role
We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our finance team in a fast‑growing semiconductor environment. The role requires deep knowledge of international accounting standards and the ability to drive continuous process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), securities regulations, and tax laws.
- Drive accounting process improvements and oversee related project implementations.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
- Maintain high performance under pressure while communicating effectively.
Required profile
- Minimum 10 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
