About the role
We are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team on a one‑year contract. Reporting to the Controller, you will support daily accounting operations, financial reporting and various finance‑related tasks while ensuring compliance with corporate and regional policies.
Key responsibilities
- Review and audit travel & expense reports in the corporate system.
- Match supplier invoices to purchase orders and process them in SAP.
- Clear bank transactions and reconcile accounts using SAP.
- Organise and maintain financial documentation such as invoices, receipts, vouchers and reports.
- Prepare input VAT documentation for monthly VAT filing.
- Handle banking matters and support ad‑hoc finance projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus.
- Fluent Mandarin with basic English reading and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using SAP FICO module.
