Senior Accounting Specialist

About the role

Photronics is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to join its finance team in Hsin‑Chu City. The role supports daily accounting operations, month‑end close, treasury activities and ensures compliance with IFRS/US GAAP and internal policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor AR aging reports, bad‑debt reserves and invoice exception reports.
• Post AR transactions to the general ledger and reconcile MTSS shipping reports to Oracle net sales.
• Perform foreign‑currency revaluation, FX analysis and treasury functions including cash‑flow management and periodic payments.
• Execute monthly and year‑end closing activities, including account reconciliations uploaded to FloQast.
• Maintain vendor and employee profiles in Oracle and support audit preparation.
• Assist with VAT filing, science‑park administration fee filing and occasional travel to company sites.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, preferably with AR, treasury and financial reporting.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills; ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Knowledge of GAAP, IFRS and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with an Accounting ERP system (Oracle) and Excel.
• Experience using FloQast for reconciliations.
