Account Manager – UHP (Taiwan)

About the role

The Account Manager for UHP will drive profitable growth of the FCG Veriflo (VFO) product line in Taiwan. You will work closely with application engineers, distribution partners and internal sales teams to expand market share and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term sales plans for the product group.
• Identify market trends, technology shifts and competitive factors to shape growth strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to create new product opportunities and improve existing offerings.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, cost reduction and productivity.
• Prepare sales and market analysis reports for regional leadership and participate in regular sales reviews.
• Support cross‑divisional sales initiatives and coordinate with other product‑group sales forces.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or mechanical engineering (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales, marketing or a technical field with frequent customer interaction.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Proven leadership, collaboration and influencing abilities.
• Experience working in a multinational corporation is advantageous.
