我们正在寻找具备高度分析能力、策略思维和强大执行力的定价运营资深经理，负责领导定价卓越团队，推动市场价格竞争力并优化内部流程。
主要职责
- 领导并发展运营团队，招聘、管理并提升成员能力。
- 作为运营、产品、工程团队的核心对接窗口，优化需求规划流程。
- 主导竞争对手策略监控，执行市场研究并推动价格竞争力优化。
- 管理大型商品/账户的自动化匹配框架，提升匹配度与召回率。
任职要求
- 6年以上定价运营或电商运营经验，至少2年团队管理经验。
- 具备端到端产品路线图管理和项目管理能力。
- 能够在高风险、时间敏感的项目中表现抗压并实现零客户影响。
- 优秀的分析能力和系统思维，能将零散信息结构化。
