Account Manager – Taiwan

About the role

As an Account Manager for Danfoss in Taiwan, you will drive sales growth and support OEM and distribution customers across construction, off‑highway, agriculture and industrial sectors with innovative hydraulic solutions. You will identify new business opportunities, strengthen relationships, and deliver value‑creating solutions while contributing to a more sustainable future.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and expand business with existing customers.
• Collaborate with internal sales, support and service teams to create and execute market‑specific sales plans.
• Manage leads, opportunities and customer information through the CRM system.
• Recommend technical and commercial solutions that meet customer needs, including up‑selling and cross‑selling.
• Maintain accurate records in Danfoss systems and comply with internal processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• 10–12 years of experience in the hydraulics industry, preferably in technical sales.
• Self‑motivated, able to work under pressure and travel domestically and internationally.
• Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑cultural, matrix organization.
