Account Manager - Electronics & Chemicals

About the role

Brenntag is looking for an Account Manager in Taipei. The role builds and maintains relationships with customers and suppliers, develops new business and manages sales forecasts and pricing within the electronics and chemicals industry.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers and improve customer satisfaction.
• Develop new business, carry out market analysis, manage forecasts and set pricing.
• Develop and implement business development strategies and achieve sales objectives within the approved budget.
• Visit customers and potential customers regularly to promote existing products and explore new ones.
• Conduct market research through visits, calls and interviews to understand customer needs, build lists of potential customers and spot new opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasting and planning together with customer service and logistics teams.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales experience in the electronics or chemicals industry.
• Good network of customers in the chemical industry.
• Highly self-motivated.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Master's degree is an advantage.
