About the role
Responsible for logistics planning and ensuring compliance with worldwide export/import regulations. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to arrange shipments and maintain VMI hub operations.
Key responsibilities
- Plan logistics and identify operational issues to ensure compliance with global export/import regulations.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to arrange shipments and guarantee timely delivery.
- Manage VMI hub activities, including receiving, pulling, inventory control, and work with hub suppliers to maintain accuracy.
- Maintain relationships with customers and buyers, handling purchase orders, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, and accounting issues.
- Track and analyze weekly supply and demand, reporting discrepancies to sales and reviewing processes for efficiency improvements.
