Oriental Lounge Assistant Manager

About the role

The Oriental Lounge Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations of the lounge, ensuring that every guest receives legendary quality experiences. This role works closely with the Lounge Floor Manager and Front Office Assistant Manager to maintain high standards and smooth service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the lounge floor’s operations and be present at the Oriental Lounge at all times.
• Maintain Legendary Quality Experience standards through continuous training, spot checks, and guidance.
• Collaborate with the Lounge Floor Manager and Front Office Assistant Manager on irregularities and incidents.
• Share lounge floor information with all colleagues consistently.
• Monitor reservations, house status, and implement Yield Management for the lounge.
• Prepare for VIP arrivals by coordinating next‑day guest preparations.
• Perform any duties assigned by the Lounge Floor Manager.

Required profile

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, hotel management, tourism, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a 5‑star luxury hotel, executive lounge, club lounge, front office, food & beverage or guest relations department.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
