Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Lungteh is developing maritime vehicles to protect Taiwan's waters. As a Full Stack Engineer you will build a state‑of‑the‑art Ground Control Station (GCS) that enables mission planning, real‑time monitoring and remote control of unmanned surface vessels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain responsive web interfaces for the GCS using Vue.js.
• Develop scalable backend APIs and services with FastAPI.
• Integrate web applications with ROS 2 to visualize sensor data and control states.
• Deploy and manage the system in a Linux environment, using Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Produce technical documentation, training material and experimental reports.
• Conduct unit testing, peer reviews and field trials (harbor and sea) to validate software quality.
• Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

Required profile

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Solid experience in both frontend and backend web development.
• Proficiency in at least one front‑end and one back‑end technology.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
• Proactive attitude with a strong passion for maritime vehicle research.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and tools.
