Well-being Program Manager

About the role

The Well-being Program Manager will lead APAC‑focused well‑being initiatives, supporting employees, managers and HR partners across the region. You will act as the local subject‑matter expert, develop a strategic roadmap, and ensure a proactive response to mental‑health challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with APAC stakeholders to identify and prioritize well‑being needs.
• Design and execute well‑being communication campaigns, including newsletters, podcasts and Slack posts.
• Plan and coordinate Mental Health Awareness Month and other thematic events.
• Organise and host vendor‑led workshops, customized sessions and train‑the‑trainer programs.
• Develop and deliver mental‑health content tailored to APAC employee concerns.
• Liaise with existing and emerging Community Resource Groups and Support Groups.
• Provide one‑on‑one outreach and intake support as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, human development, social work or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in HR, employee well‑being or a related discipline.
• Strong commitment to mental‑health awareness in the workplace.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Highly organized, empathetic and authentic in supporting others.
