职位概况

本职位负责与厂区高阶主管合作，进行人力资源规划、组织诊断及国际合规管理，支持新产品导入与产能扩张。

主要职责

与厂区高阶主管密切协作，定期进行人力盘点与组织诊断，规划前瞻性的人力配置与组织架构调整。
作为HR代表，主导RBA社会责任稽核及ISO（如9001、45001）人资条文的应对，确保合规。
督导外籍移工引进、生活管理与宿舍安全，确保外籍人事务完全合规。
建立透明的劳资沟通机制，处理员工申诉、劳资争议及违纪处分，落实风险预防。

任职要求

具备5-8年人力资源相关经验，至少3年电子制造业、EMS/ODM或厂区HR经验。
精通台湾劳基法，拥有丰富的劳资争议处理与ISO稽核实务经验。
具备RBA稽核成功实绩或熟悉外籍移工策略管理者优先。
