(Sr.) Biopharmaceutical Specialist – Linkou / Taoyuan

About the role

Amgen, a leading independent biotechnology company, is hiring a (Sr.) Biopharmaceutical Specialist in the Linkou / Taoyuan area, Taiwan. The specialist drives brand strategy throughout the product life cycle, working with senior management and cross-functional teams to optimise market impact and create value for healthcare professionals and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned accounts, including Linkou Chang Gung Memorial Hospital and major hospitals in the Taoyuan area.
• Deliver scientific information and key messages on the product, covering therapeutic indication, disease states and latest clinical data.
• Collaborate with the manager to implement the agreed plan of action in line with the marketing strategy.
• Build high-quality customer relationships and internal collaboration.
• Organise and run scientific events to deliver product information.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product, market, stakeholders and competitors, and work within agreed budgets.
• Support other activities as needed by the manager and comply with company policies and values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• At least 3 years of sales experience in medical centres or retail hospitals.
• At least 1 year of experience promoting bone or cardiovascular products.
• High level of business ethics, integrity and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; good command of written and spoken English is preferred.
