Senior Biopharmaceutical Specialist - Hsinchu / Miaoli

About the role

Amgen, a leading independent biotechnology company, is hiring a Senior Biopharmaceutical Specialist in the Hsinchu / Miaoli area of Taiwan. The specialist drives brand strategy across the product life cycle, supports healthcare professionals and patients, and reports to the District Sales Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve the sales target of the assigned hospital accounts in the central area of Taiwan.
• Target accounts using market intelligence and manage time efficiently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, giving relevant market and practice insights.
• Coordinate and run scientific events aligned with marketing strategy to share product information.
• Show deep knowledge of the product, disease, market, stakeholders and competitors, and share market intelligence with the Marketing team.
• Attend required training, obtain certifications and take part in conventions and symposia.
• Collaborate with others to improve promotional coordination and communicate respectfully with partners and colleagues.
• Complete call reporting, territory reports and expense reports in line with company policy.

Required profile

• 3 years of work experience, preferably in oncology.
• Bachelor's degree in a science or medical-related field, preferably pharmacy science.
• Growth mindset, strategic thinking and results orientation.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office.
