Senior Supply Chain Management Specialist (S&OP-Outbound Planning)

About the role

Coupang is expanding in Taiwan and is looking for a Senior Supply Chain Management Specialist to support the Taiwan S&OP process. You will co-own the full planning cycle so that infrastructure, labor and inventory stay in sync with customer demand, and act as the network gatekeeper to scale up without hitting capacity limits. The role projects daily, weekly and monthly volumes and matches them with designed capacity, while automating manual tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily volume projections and capacity planning so the network stays fluid and performance targets are met
• Develop forecasting models for peak seasons (6.18, 11.11), predicting not just daily volume but hourly volume distributions
• Run regular Plan vs. Actual (PvA) analysis to find improvement opportunities
• Build what-if scenarios testing the demand plan against warehouse and logistics capacity constraints
• Act as the central link between Instock, Operations, Labor Planning and Finance to agree on a single version of the truth for demand and supply planning

Required profile

• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes, including demand planning, inventory management, logistics and distribution
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, able to make data-driven decisions
• Effective communication skills and experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Preferred: extensive experience in supply chain, operations, forecasting and capacity management, and experience drawing conclusions from data and building basic models
