Logistics Manager

About the role

The Logistics Manager reports to the National Operations Manager and is responsible for the supply chain from 3PL to end consumers on a national basis, covering finished goods and visibility items. The role also maintains knowledge of customers' end-to-end supply chain practices to deliver best-in-class service, runs network optimization programs and continuously improves processes and structures.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3PL providers and their service providers, keeping track of SLAs, contractual obligations and KPIs
• Plan and monitor downstream supply chain costs and run cost-saving programs
• Keep stock accuracy and product age up to date through regular stock reconciliations
• Own the complete order process for visibility items (VISITs) in SAP and the Red Bull system, ensuring high-quality delivery to events and services
• Track inventory and status of in-trade VISITs and ensure compliance with Red Bull quality standards, including storage, complaints handling and repair/maintenance
• Work with the Customer Service Coordinator on logistics and customer service queries, and engage key customers to plan sales and run network optimization programs
• Prepare and manage tenders for supply chain cost and benchmarking, and support finance with month-end closing and audit documentation
• Recommend improvements and standardize local reporting and processes

Required profile

• At least 5 years of experience managing logistics or warehousing, ideally in an FMCG environment
• University degree
• Mandarin and English at business level
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical ability, relationship building and attention to detail

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP packages
• Ability to run analysis from multiple data sources
