職位簡介
Coupang 台灣提供「火箭速配」隔日到貨服務，並透過「火箭跨境」供應韓國、美國等地的數百萬種商品。該專員負責管理庫存、訂單及物流，主導從入庫排程到異常處理的全流程供應鏈協作，需具備高度獨立作業能力，在快節奏的電商環境中保持敏捷與精確。
主要職責
- 處理入庫過程中的差異（如數量不符、貨損），並與供應商或倉儲方溝通；排除出貨與存放中的技術性錯誤。
- 針對產品客訴進行根本原因分析，制定並執行糾正與預防措施，降低退貨率與客戶不滿意度。
- 檢視現有工作流，找出效率瓶頸並提出精簡方案，提升訂單履行效率。
任职要求
- 電商營運、供應鏈管理或倉儲物流相關經驗者佳。
- 熟悉 Excel 基本至進階操作。
