职位概况
Coupang 台灣（含火箭速配與火箭跨境）正在尋找商品資料營運專員，協助拓展台灣業務。此職缺需高度自主管理能力，獨立負責複雜的目錄操作任務，並具備主動向上提報與橫向串接的能力，確保營運流程不中斷。
主要职责
- 獨立規劃並執行新供應商建檔、成本調整與商品映射，對數據品質負完全責任
- 定期用 Excel 盤點數據健康度，主動發現異常並提報
- 跨部門串接協調，例如處理定價需求與系統設定不一致的情況
- 將營運數字轉化為報告或改善建議，協助主管優化工作流
- 處理突發數據錯誤或系統異常，主動串接資源修復
任职要求
- 2 年實務經驗，曾在電商、供應鏈或大型數據處理環境負責核心營運流程
- 能在模糊情境下梳理執行路徑，並自我審核交付成果
- 具備主動積極、以解決問題為導向的溝通特質
必备技能
- 進階 Excel 函數（如 XLOOKUP、Pivot Tables）
