Senior Process Innovation Specialist

About the role

Coupang is looking for a Senior Process Innovation Specialist to drive data-driven process innovation across fulfillment and warehouse operations. The role applies analytical thinking, structured problem-solving and continuous improvement methods, working with cross-functional teams to find opportunities, influence decisions and deliver scalable solutions that improve productivity, quality and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational data to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across warehouse operations.
• Use structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to design and implement sustainable process improvements.
• Work with Operations, Product, Engineering and other stakeholders to align priorities and drive optimization initiatives.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and reports to support data-driven decisions and share performance insights.
• Lead cross-functional projects and pilot programs from concept through implementation, with measurable business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, operations excellence, supply chain, logistics or fulfillment center operations.
• Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills, with proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Understanding of KPI development, root cause analysis, process mapping and workflow optimization.
• Preferred: large-scale data analysis with SQL, Excel, Python or R; simulation, optimization modeling or operations research; familiarity with WMS, automation technologies and operational analytics platforms; experience leading cross-functional projects.
