About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Professional Sales Representative for its Surgery division in the North region. The role focuses on delivering surgical technologies and solutions to hospitals and healthcare professionals, supporting patient wellness through innovative treatments.

Key responsibilities

Manage territory sales within assigned accounts and provide field service to customers.
Conduct product in‑service, evaluations, and launch new products.
Update marketing and sales management on business conditions and competitive activity.
Negotiate pricing and establish hospital contracts.
Develop strong relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, and purchasing/administrative personnel.
Meet or exceed sales targets.

Required profile

University graduate or higher.
Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese, and English.
Medical experience is a plus.
Logical thinking with strong business sense.
