Senior Marketing Specialist, Taiwan Dental Market

About the role

Solventum, formerly 3M Health Care, is hiring a Senior Marketing Specialist based in Taipei, Taiwan. The role leads marketing for the Taiwan dental market, developing and executing the annual and long-term plan in line with global and APAC strategy, and works closely with the sales team and regional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis, customer segmentation and competitive intelligence, using insights from dental professionals, distributors and KOLs
• Develop and run the annual and long-term marketing plan for the Taiwan dental market, translating global and regional strategy into local execution
• Lead new product launches (NPI) and manage the existing portfolio, equipping sales teams with clinical and marketing collateral
• Lead the rebranding transition from 3M Healthcare to Solventum and drive brand awareness and consistency with global brand guidelines
• Manage the local marketing budget with strong ROI discipline, define KPIs and track campaign performance and brand health
• Manage external agencies (creative, digital, PR, event) as needed
• Act as the key marketing partner to the Taiwan Sales team and collaborate with the APAC regional marketing team and global stakeholders

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a Life Sciences field
• 10+ years of marketing experience in the dental or healthcare/medical device industry
• Strong strategic marketing capability combined with hands-on execution experience
• Experience in brand management, brand building or corporate rebranding
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Understanding of the Taiwan dental market ecosystem, including procurement behavior and the regulatory environment
• Strategic thinking, execution discipline and analytical, data-driven decision-making

Additional qualifications

• Managing premium or professional brands in healthcare (medical, dental, pharma)
• Experience in multinational or matrix organizations
• Cross-functional experience with sales and regional/global stakeholders

Work location: Taipei, Taiwan. Hybrid eligible, with travel to the office at least 3 days per week; domestic and international travel may be involved, and relocation assistance may be authorized. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
