Product Manager – Bone, GMBU (Contractor)

About the role

Amgen is hiring a Contract Product Manager to support its Bone portfolio in Taiwan for a 12-month assignment. The role works closely with Sales and cross-functional partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution of key brand initiatives, and is employed through a third-party staffing agency.

Key responsibilities

• Support brand strategy, tactical plans and commercial priorities for the Bone portfolio, and turn market and business insights into actionable plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive activity and business performance; support sales forecasting, budget tracking, performance reporting and business reviews.
• Support brand initiatives, promotional campaigns, customer engagement and educational activities, and coordinate promotional and communication materials and sales tools.
• Establish and monitor execution KPIs, milestones and timelines, and consolidate field feedback to recommend tactical adjustments.
• Work with Sales Managers and representatives to implement field action plans, attend business reviews and support sales meetings and priority accounts.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Finance and Commercial Excellence, and coordinate cross-functional projects while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, business analysis, marketing planning, commercial execution and project management.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, budgets, timelines and project deliverables.
• Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within a fixed contract period.
