Product Manager – Bone Portfolio (Contractor)

About the role

Amgen is hiring a Contract Product Manager to support its Bone portfolio in Taiwan for a 12-month assignment. The role works closely with Sales and cross-functional partners to ensure timely and high-quality execution of key brand initiatives, and involves collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Commercial Excellence and external agencies. The position is a contractor role employed through a third-party staffing agency and assigned to support Amgen Taiwan.

Key responsibilities

• Support brand strategy, tactical plans and commercial priorities for the Bone portfolio, and turn market and business insights into actionable plans.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, competitive activity and business performance; support sales forecasting, budget tracking, performance reporting and business reviews.
• Plan and run brand initiatives, promotional campaigns, customer engagement and educational activities, and coordinate promotional and communication materials and sales tools.
• Set and monitor execution KPIs, milestones and timelines, consolidate field feedback and recommend tactical adjustments.
• Work with Sales Managers and representatives to implement portfolio strategies, support sales meetings and field communications, and maintain a feedback loop between field insights and marketing.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, track progress, manage risks and follow up on action items while ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements and promotional standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy or a related field.
• At least three years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, product management, business analysis, marketing planning, commercial execution and project management.
• Experience monitoring KPIs, budgets, timelines and project deliverables.
• Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and deliver quality results within a fixed contract period.
