职位概况
我们正在寻找具备1-3年营销经验的高级营销传播执行官，负责线上线下活动策划、社群运营及数字广告投放，推动品牌影响力提升。
主要职责
- 规划并执行线上/线下营销活动，包括品牌推广、节庆促销及异业合作，并追踪效果。
- 负责官方社群渠道（Facebook、Instagram、Threads、LINE 官方账号）的内容规划、文案撰写与日常互动。
- 主导或协助Google Ads、Meta Ads等数字广告投放，监控素材并控制预算。
- 与跨部门及外部合作伙伴紧密沟通，确保项目高质量按时完成。
任职要求
- 1至3年营销相关工作经验，优秀应届毕业生需提供作品集。
- 具备基础视觉美感，能使用Canva、Photoshop或基础影音剪辑软件。
- 文字敏锐度高，具备优秀文案撰写能力。
- 良好的项目管理与时间管理能力，能同时处理多任务。
- 主动积极，具备问题解决能力及团队协作沟通技巧。
