Senior Growth Marketing Manager – Content & AI

About the role

We are looking for a senior growth marketing professional to lead content‑driven growth initiatives across multiple verticals, including lifestyle, food, sports, and entertainment. The role combines data‑informed decision making, AI‑powered content creation, and creator‑economy management to scale our audience and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and manage a network of external creators for each content vertical, establishing SOPs, quality standards, and performance KPIs.
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate copywriting, script generation, asset optimization, headline testing, and funnel optimization.
• Design and execute growth strategies tailored to each vertical, using data from Customer Data Platforms and marketing automation systems.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to align content with broader business objectives.
• Oversee content review, performance tracking, and continuous A/B testing to improve engagement and conversion.

Required profile

• Bilingual Mandarin and English with strong communication skills for cross‑functional and international collaboration.
• Proven experience sourcing, training, and managing external creators across diverse topics.
• Data‑driven mindset with familiarity in CDP and marketing automation tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple content lines and creator schedules while maintaining high quality and confidentiality.
