Senior Global Recruiter (Technical Talent)

About the role

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Global Senior Recruiter to lead technical talent acquisition for its worldwide operations. Based onsite in Zhonghe, New Taipei City, the role supports the US Talent Acquisition team and partners with hiring managers across engineering and other hard‑to‑fill functions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively source high‑caliber candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct outreach.
• Build and maintain pipelines for engineering and technical positions.
• Screen resumes, assess candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, clarifying vague or requisition‑less hiring needs.
• Manage full‑cycle recruiting: candidate engagement, interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Track and report recruiting metrics in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Collaborate with the recruiting team to share best practices and improve hiring strategies.
• Stay informed on talent market trends and support employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a full‑cycle recruiter, preferably in technology or hardware manufacturing.
• Ability to work independently in ambiguous hiring scenarios and define role requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with a data‑driven approach to recruiting metrics.
