Regional Install Manager – Fast/OMD

About the role

The Regional Install Manager (Fast/OMD) leads the installation of KLA’s semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites across the region. You will coordinate resources, oversee both Tier‑1 and Tier‑2 installation phases, and ensure a smooth transition to warranty.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule installation resources to meet project timelines.
• Manage a team of Product Install Engineers and Application Engineers, providing direction and performance oversight.
• Monitor installation performance, ensuring projects are completed on‑time and within budget.
• Escalate technical issues to HQ, Technical Support, and the Service Product Install Manager as needed.
• Conduct status meetings (SAMs), communicate progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Deliver technical presentations on project status, schedules, and outcomes.
• Drive strategic objectives such as Cost of Install, Install Cycle Time, On‑Time Install, and OOBQ.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing installation projects for complex equipment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to direct engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to proactively identify and resolve technical escalations.
