QC Technician

About the role

Join Qnity’s fast‑growing QC laboratory team and support the development of advanced electronic materials. You will work hands‑on with analytical instruments to ensure product quality and compliance for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Execute ACST QC laboratory operations, including operating analytical equipment, facility maintenance, and chemical management.
• Perform QC testing such as IC, GC, HPLC, LC‑TOF, and ICP‑MS to support MSA, site matching, and product commercialization.
• Run standard and non‑standard (troubleshooting, trial) tests to deliver reliable, prompt results to production and QC engineers.
• Develop and improve laboratory documentation and SOPs for customer audits and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain equipment calibration, spare parts, chemicals, and sample inventories according to lab best practices.
• Manage waste collection, storage, and disposal to uphold high‑standard housekeeping.

Required profile

• Degree in Polymer Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry.
• Ability to work shift schedules and operate independently as well as within a team.
• At least 2 years of laboratory experience, preferably with GC, IC, HPLC, or ICP‑MS.
• Strong learning attitude, ownership, and good English communication skills.
